How many winners will there be?

This promotion is open to eligible participants of the Lead Thru Sport BECAUSE WE CAN 3x3 Tournament Brampton. Additional eligibility requirements are outlined in the official contest rules.
When does the contest close?
Entries must be received by Tuesday, October 6th at 11:00pm ET.
How will winners be selected?
Five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the contest deadline.
How will winners be contacted?
Winners will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.
What does the prize include?
Each winner will receive complimentary access to Podium Mind’s online mental performance training program.
Do I have to subscribe to Podium Mind emails to enter?
No. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
The Podium Mind 3x3 Tournament Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Podium Mind Coaching Inc. (the “Sponsor”).
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final with respect to all matters relating to the Contest, subject to applicable law.
1. Contest Period
The Contest begins on October 4th at 5:00am Eastern Time and ends on October 6th at 11:00pm Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”).
All entries must be received during the Contest Period.
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to individuals participating in the Lead Thru Sport BECAUSE WE CAN 3x3 Tournament Brampton taking place in Ontario who are residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, and who meet the tournament's participant eligibility requirements.
Entrants who are under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter the Contest and, if selected, to accept a prize.
Employees, representatives, agents and contractors of Podium Mind Coaching Inc., as well as members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary.
To enter, an eligible participant must:
- Visit podiummind.com/3x3tournament or scan the Podium Mind Contest QR code;
- Complete the Contest entry form with the requested information; and
- Submit the completed form during the Contest Period.
There is a limit of one entry per person during the Contest Period.
Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or automated entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.
4. Prizes
There are five (5) prizes available to be won.
Each prize consists of one complimentary individual access to Podium Mind's online mental performance training program, with an approximate retail value of CAD $400.
The total approximate retail value of all five prizes is CAD $2000.
Prizes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable, except at the Sponsor's discretion.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.
5. Winner Selection
Following the end of the Contest Period, the Sponsor will randomly select five (5) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The draw will take place on or about October 7th in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Skill-Testing Question
Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.
Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, and the Sponsor may randomly select another eligible entrant.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided on their Contest entry form.
A potential winner must respond to the Sponsor within [5] days of the Sponsor's first attempt to contact them.
If a selected entrant:
- cannot be contacted within the specified period;
- does not meet the eligibility requirements;
- fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question;
- declines the prize; or
- otherwise fails to comply with these Official Contest Rules,
the entrant may be disqualified and another eligible entrant may be randomly selected.
If a potential winner is under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, the Sponsor may require the entrant's parent or legal guardian to confirm acceptance of the prize and agreement to these Official Contest Rules.
8. Awarding of Prizes
Once a potential winner has satisfied all Contest requirements, the Sponsor will provide instructions for accessing the Podium Mind program.
Prizes will be awarded within a reasonable period following winner confirmation.
9. Personal Information
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be collected, used and retained by Podium Mind Coaching Inc. for the purpose of administering the Contest, including verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, contacting potential winners and awarding prizes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Podium Mind's Privacy Policy, available at podiummind.com/privacy.
By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the collection and use of their information for these purposes.
10. Marketing Communications

Entrants who provide marketing consent may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in Podium Mind's commercial electronic messages or by contacting Podium Mind.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control affects the proper administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent or misleading information, interferes with the operation of the Contest or otherwise violates these Official Contest Rules.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or technically unsuccessful entries resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor will not be responsible for losses, damages or injuries arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance or use of a prize, except where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Official Contest Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
13. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any dispute relating to the Contest will be subject to the courts of Ontario, subject to any rights an entrant may have under applicable consumer-protection legislation.
